Posted on May 5, 2016February 4, 2019 by jessica

image008We’re pleased to welcome Bethany Gartin to the Dale Carnegie North Dakota team!

What is your position and what will you be doing with the Dale Carnegie team?

My role as a Performance Consultant is to engage and introduce the community to the variety of impactful courses and the numerous custom business solutions Dale Carnegie provides.

What is your educational and experiential background?

Prior to joining the Dale Carnegie team, I helped nonprofits build capacity in development roles for the last five years. I am a proud Longhorn and University of Texas at Austin alum. Hook em’!

What led you to a career with Dale Carnegie training?

Since joining this community, I have been inspired by our franchise owners, Tonya Stende and Tamara Anderson as strong leaders. When I learned about everything Dale Carnegie does to change and improve people’s lives professionally and personally, I was compelled to make a shift in my career to be a part of it!

What are some of your hobbies?

Anything outdoors! I have a love for hiking, camping, mountain biking and spending time at the shooting range. In my spare time, I create abstract paintings and enjoy volunteering at local nonprofits.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I’m a native Texan and I’m new to the Midwest; I’ve only been here going on three years.  I absolutely love real Mexican food and am always looking for the best local spots to fill my cravings!

What’s a big personal or professional dream that you have?

Ultimately, I aim to be as impactful in our community as I can be. Being on a path that leads me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives is my first priority and knowing that I’ve done the best I can every day to lift people up is my ultimate goal.
